Refund Policy

For any reason, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days. You may return most purchases made from Teak New York within 14 days of receipt. Please note that sale items and display fixtures are final sale and cannot be returned. 

To return an item, please contact for a return authorization. We will not be able to accept any returns made without an authorization accompanying the return. Returned merchandise must be in original packaging, in resell-able condition and not installed. Return of goods must be freight prepaid by customer.

If product is received in poor condition due to unsatisfactory packaging, the client will be charged for repair and/or replacement of the fixtures. For this reason, we strongly advise you to use an insured, trackable shipping method to return items. Items must be received by us within 15 calendar days from when we issue the return authorization or you will not receive any credit for your return.

Please note: Under any circumstance, shipping fees will not be included in the refund. If the return arrives in the specified condition, a full refund will be given.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or display items.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
