Rivsalt: Pepper

PEPPER contains five aromatic long peppers from the Indonesian island of Java. Java long pepper has its own distinctive character, but the familiar taste of traditional black pepper is also present. When seasoning your dish with grated long pepper, you will detect unexpected aromas of licorice, aniseed, and cinnamon, with a spicy sensation towards the end. Think of it as regular black pepper with a twist. Together with the grater in stainless steel and the stand in natural oak they become a cherished design piece that quickly turns into a conversation piece around the dining room table.

Care Instructions:
To keep them sharp, shiny and rust free we strongly recommend that you wash the graters by hand regularly using a mild dishwashing liquid and water. Use a brush to remove loose salt, pepper or other spices. After washing, rinse with water and dry thoroughly with a towel. The graters should not be put in the dishwasher. Doing so could damage the sharp edges. Please be aware that during hot weather and high humidity it is necessary to care a little extra for RIVSALT graters and clean them more regularly.
